WINNERS RESIDENCE has the following policy  for all guests to stay safe.

위너스레지던스는 모든 고객님의 안전한 입실과 소중한 여행을 돕고자 아래와 같은 방침을 가지고 있으니 협조를 부탁드립니다.

1. Every guests will received a confirmation call or e-mail before check-in. Please make sure  to provide valid phone number and e-mail address when confirming reservation.

모든 손님은 예약 후 전화나 이메일로 확정을 받으실 수 있도록 정확한 정보를 주시기를 요청드립니다. 한국 손님의 경우, 아래의 계좌번호로 예약금(5만원)이 지불되어야 예약이 확정됩니다.

2. The standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is stictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly.

체크인 시간은 오후 2시 체크아웃 시간은 오후 12시입니다. 지정된 시간 외 체크인/체크아웃은 사전에 미리 호텔에 통보해주셔야 하며 추가요금이 청구될 수 있습니다. 새벽 입실과 퇴실은 사전에 반드시 정보를 주셔야 안전한 입실이 가능합니다.

3. All rooms and the facilities are strictly NO SMOKING. $500.00 fine will be charged for the cleaning fee. There are designated smoking areas outside the building.

전 객실 및 빌딩 내에서는 절대 금연입니다. 흡연시 $500의 벌금이 부과됩니다. 지정된 흡연구역을 이용해주시길 바랍니다.

4. Winners Residence offers complimentary parking for the guests. Although we make every effort to provide a safe and secure area for your vehicle, the hotel cannot be held resposible for any loss or damage to vehicles or belongings left in vehicles parked in the lot.

위너스레지던스의 주차장은 모든 손님들이 자유롭게 주차하실 수 있습니다. 위너스 레지던스는 안전한 주차를 하실 수 있도록 최선을 다하고 있으나 차량 파손 및 도난에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.

5. Complimentary wireless internet service is offerd to all guests in their rooms. The wifi password is winnersresidence.

위너스레지던스는 전객실 무료 와이파이 이용이 가능하며 비밀번호는 winnersresidence 입니다.

6. The hotel is not responsible for any stolen or lost items. Please contact the Office to report any lost and/or found items.

위너스레지던스는 도난이나 분실물은 책임지지 않으며, 이 같은 일이 발생시 오피스에 연락을 주시면 도와드립니다.

7. Please visit Notice category in our website for restaurant, night time check-in information.

위너스 레스토랑, 야간 체크인 관련 정보는 위너스레지던스 홈페이지의 Notice 항목에서 정보를 확인하실 수 있습니다. 

8. A fine of $500 shall be impose to guests who intentional tamper with the Fire Alarm system. 

이유없이 화재경보기를 작동하실 경우 $500의 벌금이 부과됩니다.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. Free cancellation 7 days  prior to check-in

일주일 이전 취소 100% 환불

2. 50% penalty will be charged for cancellations 3-5 days before check-in.

3~6일전까지 취소 50% 환불

3. 24hrs before check-in  & Check-in day cancellation are non-refundable

하루전/당일 취소 환불불가

4. High season bookings are non-refundable.

성수기 예약금 환불은 불가합니다.
